About the Role:
This Change Architect position will report directly to the Configuration, CAD and Data Management Department Manager. This role requires prior subject matter expertise in areas related to configuration management, as it would be responsible for addressing internal performance gaps, collaborating with stakeholders to improve overall efficiencies, identify and employ strategies to ensure good data practices and preservation of high quality data. This role will work closely with Configuration, CAD & Data Mgt Department manager to set strategies and priorities. This role will work hands on with CM Leadership to support the training and growth of Configuration, CAD & Data Mgt employees. This role would participate in the investigation/monitoring of the overall health of the change process and look for areas of improvement and analyze risk areas.
