Assistant Field Superintendent - Austin / Round Rock, TX 

The  Assistant Field Superintendent will assist with all aspects of the construction project, including the finishing and turning over of units to management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with management of job site to ensure positive safety results.
• Generate punch lists and oversee finish out process through final building acceptance/Certificate of Occupancy
• Ensure that project is finalized and delivered with the highest level of quality.
• Assist with management of project schedules to meet deadlines
• Assist team in oversight of all jobsite activities
• Manage the costs to maintain budgetary guidelines.

Requirements:

• MUST have experience with  unit finish out.
• Must be an efficient, organized, multi-tasking and positive-minded team player. Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently.
• Must have working knowledge of computer programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and construction related software.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; concentration in Construction Science or the like is preferred
