Work environment: Clearwater site manufactures Circuit Card and Top Assembl ies used in commercial and military navigation systems as well as aftermarket repairs. Our climate-controlled site has 25 different nationalities .
Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
Performs electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or similarly related repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations related to hardware such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Performs assembly operations using established procedures, work instructions, schematics and/or other approved documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements
Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions which may be technical in nature.
Proficient in the use of a personal computer to navigate on-line documents, drawings, and instructions.
Minimum of 1-year previous industry or similarly related job experience.
Eligibility Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 35 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
May be required to work with hazardous materials.
High School diploma or GED

Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent attendance history
Ability to produce error free products

Ability to work overtime as required.
