Job Description



Your Career

As a Unit 42 Business Operations Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to work cross functionally with senior leadership, business operations, and other key stakeholders and learn about the different functions within Unit 42. We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to enhance our project financial management, billing, and reporting within Global Security Consulting Operations. This role requires a strong and collaborative individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized and self-motivated. They will be capable of multitasking and prioritizing different projects, creating reports and pulling insights from data, translating these insights into actionable recommendations, and working cross-functionally to drive successful execution.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with Clarizen, or similar Professional Services Automation software, SFDC, SAP and Tableau; processes and possesses a combination of operations and customer service abilities to support Unit 42 and other stakeholders. This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on

qualifications

, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $88,000/yr to $121,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found   here .
