Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Compensation Analyst to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in leveraging PeopleSoft Compensation modules to enhance our compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize PeopleSoft Compensation modules proficiently to administer and analyze compensation programs.
- Conduct thorough job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and compensation structures.
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation-related data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through participation in salary surveys and benchmarking studies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation-related topics for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to compensation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of compensation data and sensitive information at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing PeopleSoft Compensation modules or similar compensation management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medium to large-sized organization preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus.
