Maintenance Assistant Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)
- Under supervision, does entry-level to routine semi-skilled level work in the inspection and servicing of pumps, motors, compressors, lifts, hoists and related equipment.
- Assists with performing preventive maintenance, checking and documenting temperature of equipment.
- Performs preparation and cleanup tasks.
- May help with greasing equipment.
- Will be assisting mechanics with repairs.
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- Maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.
- Some knowledge of methods, tools and materials used in general maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
