Job description
The General Manager defines, strategizes and executes the vision and mission of the of the Company.
He/she leads the management team and crew by bringing each critical success factor into the company vision’s focus: “Travel Well. Eat Well. Be Well\. He/She will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:

- Previous restaurant/food service management experience required
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and CFA standards.
- Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
- Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House
- Organize and oversee staffing
- Coach team members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
- Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
- Posses excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Bust be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
