**Position Summary:**

As a Real Estate Tax Manager, you will oversee and review real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements, mentor team members, and foster client relationships with minimal supervision.

**Position Duties:**

- Manage and review income tax compliance engagements for real estate clients
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide leadership and training to staff
- Conduct tax research and maintain technical expertise
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Monitor team performance and ensure quality deliverables

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Previous tax experience in a public accounting firm
- CPA or EA Certification required
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Affordable Housing, LIHTC, OZ, HTC, Section 1031 exchanges, or HUD (preferred but not required)
