Salary: $13.99 - 14.00 per hour + none

Are you a go-getter with a great can-do attitude? Do you have at least one year of recent experience working in a manufacturing facility and looking for your next opportunity? We are hiring Machine Operators to work for a great company in Macon. These positions will require you to work 12 hours shifts and rotate from days to nights every 28 days. This will require weekend work, and is not a temperature controlled environment. Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment for quality product output
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with standards
• Record data for performance tracking
• Cooperate with a team to achieve business goals
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Adhere to safety and company policies
• Flexibility to work 12-hour, rotating shifts
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred; tire manufacturing a plus
• Perform assigned tasks as required
• You will be required to wear steel toed boots or shoes

Must be able to work 12 hours shift that rotates from days to nights every 28 days

This is a non-temperature controlled environment
