This role will be part of the Management Services group within the Viserion group of companies, providing support to both the Management Services entity and the Operating Companies with a focus on Accounts Payable. The role will have opportunities for advancement across all areas of the group of companies.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 with additonal earning potential. The Company offers insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision as well as 401(k) with employer match.
- Assist the Treasury Manager with global implementation of the company’s accounts payable, purchase order, and expense system – SAP Concur.
- After completion of the global Concur implementation, act as lead administrator of the system for the Management Services entity and across all operating companies.
- Provide support to the Treasury Manager with daily tasks related to one of the Viserion operating companies, Viserion Grain within banking, accounts payable, and other areas.
- Assist the Controller with daily tasks related to the Management Services entity within both Treasury and Accounting.
- Helps to maintain the integrity of system information to ensure accurate reporting.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with the various Management Services teams and Operating Companies’ corporate teams to create strong business partnerships.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and participate in special projects on an as-needed basis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation, while taking action to remediate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal stakeholders
- Ability to implement and manage processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt / adjust to changing circumstances
- Frequently required to: sit for prolonged periods of time, reach for/manipulate standard office equipment, communicate with various staff and/or reach for and manipulate objects
- Occasionally lifts 20-pounds.
