Job Description:
As a Lead tech/cardiovascular specialist in our department, you will...
- Assist in Cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and vascular procedures
- Participates on the unit’s schedule committee
- Assists purchasing liaison in managing par levels, choosing new products, and semi-annual inventory counts and works with vendors for products and substitutes
- Participates in intra-departmental task groups
- Conducts and keeps record of monthly case reviews
- Supports/mentors fellow team members, leading a team of RCIS and Rad Techs
- Facilitates and maintains records for tech team meetings
Qualifications:
Education & Training:
Completion of an accredited program and current Maryland RT license or RCIS is required. Current BLS and ACLS required.
Work Orientation & Experience: Minimum three (3) years previous experience in Cardiovascular Imaging required.
