Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican is seeking a team oriented,  Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our collegial practice in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a multi-specialty group with more than 100 physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that is a physician led and patient centered organization. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

• Mixed practice: 1st Assist and clinic pre-ops and post-ops
• Practice with collaborative and collegial Orthopedic Surgeon

Requirements:

• Open to new graduates with an interest in Orthopedics and performing procedures
• Ability to assist physician when he's on a 1:7 week call, including nights and weekends

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Compensation Range*:
  
  • PA: $137,750 - $154,280/year
• Productivity bonus, sign on bonus and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
