This position must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance to the level of Secret.
As an Assembler, you will participate in the production of a wide variety of products with varying complexity while carrying out specific tasks, depending on the product(s) being assembled. This may include tasks such as set-up, testing, inspection, problem identification and resolution, assembly, rework, documentation, and continuous improvement of CAES products. In the Assembler role, you will be critical to the successful technical support for our team in ensuring our products achieve their intended functions to meet and exceed our customer requirements. Some products require U.S. Security Clearance holders.
HOW TO SUCCEED
You will use your skills to identify standard problems under general supervision with some modest independent judgement exercised.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of equipment as defined by your Supervisor and ribbon bonding
Technologies and processes utilized in CAES products
Identifies standard problems as they occur and takes appropriate action to solve basic issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to interpret process sheets, prints, technical drawings
Experience using small hand tools
Experience with processes & technologies utilized in CAES products
Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity
Physical Requirements:
