Description:
Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the development, testing, and validation of new manufacturing process for medical device. Candidate will perform IQ/OQ and a series of tests for validation of manufacturing process. Will work with various chemical and sealing processes for sterilization. This will be validated and transferred over to client for scaling up for production and manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Testing and monitoring machinery to make sure it is in good working order
- Study production and machine requirements
- Design and install equipment
- Troubleshooting machines to resolve breakdown or faults
- Optimize production lines, machine operations and network performance
- Resolve issues and delays in production
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology
Must Haves
- Degree in engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
- General proficiency in computers and office software
