Job description
Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health, with 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience. They will provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9-1-1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources. The required certifications are a High School diploma or equivalent; Basic Life Support (CPR); Basic Telecommunicator, IAED EMD, HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness, ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800. Associates degree and ACPE-SPO preferred.
