The Lismore Hotel is currently hiring a Part-Time Line Cook.
Responsibilities:
The Line Cook is a member of the Food & Beverage Team. S/he is responsible for:
- Preparation of menu items (breakfast/lunch/dinner/banquets) for the hotel
- Prepares food
- Ensures consistent quality
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures
This individual is required to be confident, detail-oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly, and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, county club, or similar environment
