Job description
An elite Scaling FinTech Firm are looking for an Office Manager for their brand new office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Logistics management
- Office supply management
- Expense reports and travel management using Concur
- Onboarding new staff
- Much more!
Requirements and skills needed:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager/Coordinator
- Knowledge of Concur is a huge plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written, verbal commmunication, and organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Exposure to the financial services industry is highly preferred
Salary: Up to $95,000 USD + Exceptional Bonus/Benefits Package
