Job Responsibilities:
- Manage account relationship with account primary contacts
- Managing product life cycle and renewals
- Developing and providing customer reports and dashboards
- Providing escalation to ensure service quality
- Gather feedback on customer service and quality
- Perform regular business reviews
- Quoting and selling new equipment and services
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Must have technology account manager experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
