Lead Flexologist
StretchLab El Segundo
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Be a top performer in the studio by consistently achieving top 10% status for Flexologist first-visit-to-membership conversion and utilization rates.
Supervise Flexologist Teams & Ensure Quality Control of Every Stretch
- Collaborate with Studio Owner, Sales Manager and Studio Managers to identify Flexologist hiring needs within budget parameters set by Studio Owner.
- Audition Flexologist candidates as part of their interview process.
- Register newly hired Flexologists for FTP (Flexologist Training Program) and provide them with all pertinent information regarding the training program.
- Coordinate FTP practical training sessions between new & veteran Flexologists; submit to corporate when complete.
- Maintain a weekly dashboard of sales and service performance data for all Flexologists including first-visit-to-membership conversion and utilization rates.
- Collaborate with Studio Owner, Sales Manager, and Studio Managers to assess the strengths and weaknesses of Flexologists with particular attention to the above dashboard.
- Coach all Flexologists on StretchLab best practices as needed, or at a minimum, on a monthly basis.
- Get stretched by every Flexologist (in role-playing fashion) on a quarterly basis to coach and provide feedback on performance and to ensure that every member has a quality experience on the bench with every Flexologist.
- Collaborate with Studio Owner to counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming Flexologists.
Continuing Education
- Collaborate with the other Lead Flexologists to plan and execute monthly Flexologist Continuing Education Workshops that involve skills training, team-building exercises, and exceptional performance recognition.
- Ensure participation of Flexologists in all corporate webinars and trainings applicable to their role (whether live or recorded).
Cultural Ambassador
- Become a mentor and cheerleader to every staff Flexologist and nurture relationships with them in order to help them achieve their company and personal goals.
- Collaborate with Studio Owner to hold team-building events (frequency to be determined).
- Unite Flexologist & Front Desk teams: Ensure team work and sharing of best practices.
- Lead by example by working according to company culture and values, prioritizing ruthlessly, using good communication, and delivering results effectively.
Administrative/Miscellaneous
- Hold yourself and all Flexologists accountable for studio & bench cleanliness & maintenance.
- Assist with Front Desk and Sales Duties
