Rackley Roofing, the Official Roofing Contractor of the Tennessee Titans, is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Project Manager to join our team. This is a new sales opportunity with our great company! The role involves developing new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our brand in the Nashville, TN area.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify project bidding opportunities.
- Establish and nurture direct customer relationships.
- Generate business through effective networking and prospecting.
- Deliver and present project proposals personally to clients.
- Provide accurate scope and recommendations to customers.
- Expand technical knowledge in the industry and project-specific areas.
- Lead the company's efforts towards a customer-centric attitude and service.
- Promote the Rackley Roofing brand in the marketplace.
- Availability to work during core business hours (8am-5pm) and some nights and weekends as required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to establish and grow customer relationships.
- Experience in self-generating business through networking and prospecting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in technical knowledge.
- Ability to lead and promote a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience in promoting a company brand in the marketplace.
