Job description
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Foreclosure Reconciliation Associate to join our client in Coral Gables, FL! The Foreclosure Reconciliation Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of system records to confirm that received funds meet the total amount due for loans in foreclosure. This role involves reviewing discrepancies in received funds compared to system records and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any shortages. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $20/Hour!Responsibilities:
Reconcile system of record to verify total amount due for loans in foreclosure.
Utilize knowledge of escrow and corporate functions to identify any advances incurred.
Identify and address any discrepancies in received funds post-generation of payoff quotes.
Collaborate with internal departments to determine the category of advances incurred post-payoff quote.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Solid understanding of job-related skills, company policies, and procedures.
Ability to apply learned knowledge to various work assignments.
Proficiency in mortgage industry practices, procedures, and processes.
Excellent communication skills to establish professional rapport with internal and external customers.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Previous experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with reconciliation processes and mortgage industry practices.
