Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring a Bid and Proposal Analyst . This is a critical role for our client, located in Westborough, MA, who specializes in product development, manufacturing, global fulfillment, and aftermarket support to a diverse range of industries including medical, life sciences, energy, homeland security and many more. Duties and Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and analyze data per customer specifications for accurate and timely processing of requests for quotes.
• Input data from various sources into the ERP and Quoting system.
• Work closely with Sales, Sourcing, and Engineering teams to structure request for quote information.
• Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office products is required.
• Experience in the manufacturing environment and MRP desirable.
• Familiarity with prints and drawing a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested including Saturdays.
