Job description
Job Title: Controls Engineer
Location: Bridgman, MI
Salary: $110k-$140k + Relocation $$
Requirements: Allen Bradley PLC, Control Systems

- Interface with Mechanical and Electrical teams, develop robust and efficient program designs
- Assist electricians in debugging machine wiring
- Write PLC programs for newly developed machines
- Troubleshoot and Debug powered on machines, verify mechanical and programming functionality meets customers requirements and our high standards of quality
- Work with customers in weekly meetings- detail progress, answer questions
- 3+ Years Industrial PLC programming
- Proficient in Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs
- Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams
- Able to develop PLC programs from scratch
- Understanding of custom industrial machine design
- Reliable transportation, ability to travel (up to 25%- ability to travel within US and internationally)
