Pay: Up to $32.00/hr, depending on experience

Position Summary : This is manual work at the journeyman level in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems. Work involves the performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.

Work Hours : Monday Friday; 7:00 am - 5:00 pm + some on call and overtime

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years' experience in residential service and installation experience
• HVAC field experience is needed for this role
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
• Completed apprenticeship program in plumbing in the last 4-5 years
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong finger and Manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in reading blueprints
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
