Role Description: Job Description : As a SharePoint developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to company specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, debugging software, and training staff.Roles & Responsibilities : Design, implement, integrate, deploy and support SharePoint solutions. Participate in solutions requirements and design sessions with businesses. Make recommendations for efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution. Experience with SharePoint 2016/2013/2010/2007. Expertise in developing web-based applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or .NET. Proficiency in creating custom solutions for SharePoint. Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and workflow development. Knowledge of SharePoint best practices and object-oriented programming.Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or demonstrable equivalent work experience. Requires five years of relevant MS SharePoint development experience that demonstrates a deep, fundamental understanding of the standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the deployment and development of MS SharePoint sites/applications that operate at an enterprise/corporate level of visibility and usability. Prefers MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) or WSS (Windows Server Solutions) certification. Prefers ITIL v4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to self-motivate and work under tight deadlines. Able to work with minimal supervision.
