Position Summary

Partners and collaborates with the Learning & Development (L&D) team and SMEs stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality learning solutions and learner experience for L&D leadership, management, and professional development program design to cultivate a culture of learning and support growth of leaders, managers, and employees university-wide.

Required Qualifications

Bachelorâ™s Degree in Instructional design, education, curriculum development, teaching and learning or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience in Instructional design certification fields such as Education, Psychology, Communications, Instructional Design, and Multimedia Design, including the following - Psychology and Human Behavior courses, Pedagogy courses, and Curriculum design courses, or relevant equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range

$57,300.00 - $97,700.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
