Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required at least 1 year of support experience; i.e. customer service or project management
Disqualifiers Large gaps of employment
Best vs. Average Inventory management or some kind of ware house experience
Performance Indicators deadlines, quality of work, ability to follow instructions and keep up with turnaround time; SLA's. Strong communication is very important. Must be able to close the loop

1.) Excel proficient; basic data entry
2.) Inventory management or ware house experience
3.) Microsoft suite and Power app experience
Summary:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for a group while completing special projects as assigned. Main responsibilities for onboarding (ordering equipment, sending equipment, and managing ad hoc requests), Managing vendors request, and creating requests on WSP. General Team Support.
