Overview Supply Chain Organization is looking for a Supervisor with the skills required to manage a group of Business Systems Analysts in the stabilization and enhancement of Oracle EBS, CPC, PHCS, MRPII and Receiving/Inventory applications. Supervisor is responsible for maintaining, communicating, and executing an achievable plan for team workload; including solutioning complex issues, evaluating solution options, documenting high quality requirements, setting performance goals and expectations, training and monitoring performance to plan. The Supervisor must be able to direct and motivate his/her personnel to achieve technical excellence and be able to hold personnel accountable. The Supervisor must also be able to work with the broader SCO community on continuous improvement.
Duties include:
- Managing work assigned to each Analyst to ensure high productivity and velocity in application stabilization and enhancement
- Ensure training and documentation of high quality requirements, test cases, and job aids
- Contribute to organizations business system vision and roadmap to support business goals
- Research and understand business systems current and future technology, provide best practices to reduce total cost of ownership and meet business goals
- Manage system interfaces
- Manage technical and functional Oracle Service Requests
- Support in the resolution of Production Support tickets
- Provide sound testing strategies that will improve system enhancement delivery processes
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure system enhancements works as designed
- Monitor compliance to business process policies and procedures; establish new procedures as needed related to business systems
- Developing required training materials; develop a communication plan for solutions that impact Supply Chain and suppliers

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- 5 + years of experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience or equivalent Project Management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, metrics and presentations
- Applicant must possess or be able to secure secret or higher DOD clearance
Preferred:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in IT Systems or related technical field
- Minimum two years experience in Oracle or SAP system integration, implementation, testing, training, etc.
- Demonstrated experience leading in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience applying business process rules to everyday business system utilization
- Participation in strategic planning and continuous improvement
