We currently have an opening for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our Tracy clinic. We are looking for someone who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around and someone who is ready to help grow our organization and the field of physical therapy.
About our Tracy Clinic:
Our Tracy clinic had its grand opening in April 2023. We're an outpatient orthopedic clinic offering a wide range of services, including back rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, lower extremity rehabilitation, manual hands-on therapy, motor vehicle injury rehabilitation, neck rehabilitation, pre- and post-operative care, sports medicine, and workers' compensation support. Our clinic director, Abhay Nagaraj, believes in evidence-based treatment approaches and is well versed in movement science. Having a broad work experience in India and in the USA both East and West coast, and having completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusive (DEI) program, he has experience in treating and handling patients with different backgrounds.

Position Summary:
- Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
