As a Donor Relations Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of handling a variety of information, with a special focus on managing all forms of donations. Attention to detail is key in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining accuracy in data entry and ensuring error-free transactions.
Donor Relations Coordinator Responsibilities:
Processing all donation transactions, including cash, check and credit cards
Reconciling transactions using QuickBooks
Generating timely and personalized thank-you letter and donor receipts
Managing and matching gifts, while ensuring all paperwork is processed efficiently
Providing support for upcoming events
Donor Relations Coordinator Requirements:
Extreme attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Computer literacy
Experience with donor software, (Donor Perfect, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Bloomerang, NeonCRM)
