Job description

The General Manager has the overall responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of a single restaurant to ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service. The General Manager leads the management team and other staff in overseeing the financial results, operations, staff development, customer service and compliance with all Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications. The General Manager must be available to work long and/or irregular hours as needed to ensure the proper functioning of the restaurant.

El Bolillo Bakery started out as a small Mexican bakery in the Greater Heights area of Houston. Over time the bakery became popular due to its hundreds of everyday fresh pastries and great customer service. Soon, business out grew the small building the bakery started in and construction started for a bigger bakery across the street. Following the momentum of growing popularity, another location was opened in the South side of Houston off of S. Wayside. It has become part of the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce and has remained active within the Community surrounding it.
