As a Real Estate Agent Partner Trainee, you will receive extensive training designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to flourish as a proficient real estate agent.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs to learn about real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist experienced agents with property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Learn how to conduct market research and analysis to accurately assess property values.
• Shadow senior agents during negotiations and transactions to gain hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies for properties.
• Learn best practices for preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and industry innovations.
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Team player
• Self-starter who works well with a flexible schedule
• Ability to manage time and prioritize activities
• Licensed real estate professional
• 1-year (preferred) of Sales related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Ability to pivot as needed to meet and exceed client's expectations
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
