- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and vision, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and FULL P&L management, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Customer and Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster growth and mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Develop and execute three-year strategic business plan
- Develop and execute business strategies with product and market expansion plans to achieve profitable sales growth
- Provide leadership to meet or exceed customer requirements for quality, cost, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute plans for capital expenditures in support of current and future product development requirements
- Support the Talent Management (Workday) process to continuously improve performance and develop employee skills and behaviors
- Support development and implementation of new technologies to increase sales and competitiveness
- Assures all Company practices, activities and facilities are in compliance with relevant regulatory standards and requirements (e.g. FDA, DEA, EPA, DEP, OSHA, etc.); ensures effective training and management thereof at all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior executive role
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive medical device experience, with seven or more successful years in a leadership position
- Experience running a medical device manufacturing business or a CMO (Contract Manufacturing Operations)
- Exceptional financial acumen with a history of driving revenue growth and profitability and background with full P&L Ownership (finance, sales, operations, supply chain, finance, admin, etc.)
- Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel as required 30%
