About Us:

We're thrilled to announce the arrival of a dynamic new fitness experience in Boca Raton! If you're passionate about fitness, sales, and providing exceptional service, this opportunity is for you.

**Position Overview:

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills to join our team. This position begins remotely and will transition to our studio in East Boca Raton upon its opening in late July.

**Requirements:

- Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service abilities are a must.
- Genuine hospitality and a passion for connecting with people.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets in memberships and retail.
- Proficiency with Club Ready software or a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to a non-traditional schedule including holidays, early mornings, and weekends.
- Strong computer skills are essential.

**Physical Requirements:

- Willingness to perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with cleaning duties.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and move equipment as needed.

**Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing members.
- Execute the sales and hospitality process, from welcoming first-time visitors to follow-up and closing deals.
- Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall studio goals.
- Collaborate effectively with studio management and franchise owners.
- Participate in special events to promote the club within the community.
- Take ownership of developing your selling skills and maintaining brand standards.
