We are recruiting restaurant line cooks . We feature a newer high scale 125-seat restaurant, private room dining and a formal event hall that can accommodate up to 400+ guests and are currently implementing plans for additional growth in Puyallup, Washington.

We are a “scratch kitchen” - most of our recipes, dishes and products are produced from raw ingredients. Elements of our dishes, including the tasks necessary to produce them, are executed start to finish in-house.

Pay/Benefits:

• Pay range $19-$21 in addition to a weekly tip pool.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and adapt to restaurant and event menus.
• Prepare and cook food per recipes standards.
• Ensure food stations are prepped, organized and clean.
• Maintain company standards on safety, food quality, presentation and keeping on task with our brand.

Our ideal candidate has some previous high volume restaurant kitchen experience and:

• Understands and has experience with cooking methods, kitchen quality and portion size standards.
• Banquet experience a plus.
• Has a passion for quality service and wants to give back to the community.
• Is a strong communicator who enjoys working in a team environment.
• Is self-motivated, can work well under pressure and can multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Can be flexible in his/her work schedule. Must have weekend/holiday availability.
• Has a current Food Handlers Permit.
• Can focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy items.
