Job Description
The FP&A team’s mission is to operate as an essential Business Partner to Therapy Brand’s Leaders by offering strategic & financial analysis, advice and deliver the best possible insights for decision-making.
The Financial Systems and Reporting Manager, you will be a key enabler of the finance team towards our aim to continuously improve on the following goals:
- Establish trust and deliver value through accurate, timely and relevant reporting, analysis and forecasting.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Leader’s business needs so the FP&A team can help them decide, plan, and execute their mission.
- Work cross-functionally to improve our processes and systems so they can enable fast, in-depth and accurate insight.
Responsibilities:
Financial Systems
- As our Financial System and Reporting Manager, you will enable the Finance and Accounting team in transforming existing business planning needs (budgeting, revenue, personnel, KPIs, reporting & analytics) into the Workday Financials and Adaptive systems.
- It will be your responsibility to maximize the day-to-day system functionality, maintenance, administration, and enhancements of Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials along with the integrations and architecture design with our other platforms (Sales Force, Stripe, among others).
- Design, build and maintain large-scale financial data pipelines, analytics platforms, and internal tools, partnering with key Finance & Accounting stakeholders to understand needs and requirements for financial systems as we continue to grow and scale.
- This includes helping with design, development, coding, and testing, along with steps necessary to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of configuration, integration, settings, and mappings to guarantee the integrity of financial information within the system.
- Providing expertise on the Workday Adaptive Planning solution – you will be expected to maintain proficiency in the Workday Adaptive Planning solution suite.
Financial Reporting
- You will be a key contributor within the Financial Analysis and Reporting team, producing relevant and actionable management reporting and analytics.
- This role will partner very closely with all members of the Management team and, more broadly, throughout the organization on matters relating to delivering financial and operational performance reports that will enable the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Developing and configuring accurate forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning to meet Finance’s business needs.
- Working with Finance to understand their current planning process and take a consultative approach to move legacy models into Workday Adaptive Planning
- Leveraging your expertise to recommend the best solution based on requirements, budget, and timeframe, with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified.
Support and Project Management
- Supporting business stakeholders to ensure success – you will communicate regularly, concisely, and clearly with business stakeholders to set proper expectations to ensure success.
- Manage system and reporting projects and represent finance in cross functional interactions with expert opinion. Participate in regular review of Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials and Workday HCM systems projects.
- Guiding users through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of each user’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
- Planning and conducting training sessions for users.
- You will also provide general customer service and assistance and serve as the go-to resource on all system-related inquiries.
- Has administrative rights to set up security for the end-users in Workday Adaptive Planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree(s) and advanced degree(s) preferred with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Have 5+ years of experience supporting Finance and Accounting systems, including Workday HCM, Financials, Adaptive – and their integrations to sales force, Lead 2 Cash systems, and other parallel systems.
- Previous experience managing or implementing Adaptive Planning and Workday software is a must.
- Have experience with financial data pipelines, analytics, reporting, and cloud optimization.
- Have proficiency in Python and experience building APIs.
- Have Finance or Accounting experience, including optimizing complex financial data workflows and implementing automation solutions for financial processes.
- Have full-stack development expertise to build custom integrations and have experience building production software with a focus on usability.
- Proactive and takes initiative, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work with members of the FP&A team, and cross functionally with divisional leaders.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to self-review work.
- Ability to work independently and naturally derive solutions to business challenges.
- Takes ownership and shows a proactive attitude, driven to continuously improve our service levels.
- Well-developed written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities across stakeholders.

- Experience with data warehouse solutions and architecture.
- SaaS experience a plus.
- Experience working in multi-entity and product line businesses.
- Have knowledge of security and privacy best practices.
