Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two C-level executives in managing their daily schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and adaptable, and possess good time management skills. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain complex calendars for two high level executives • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments • Make travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Conduct research on various topics as requested • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: • You must either have U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card & live in the United States to be considered for this role • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic • Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software About Company: The Piedmont Group is a young and agile financial services firm and a general agency of MassMutual.
