What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to Zuora implementation for Usage;
  

• Develop and configure Zuora s Product Catalog including rate plans and pricing models to meet business needs and support billing processes;
  

• Implement Revenue Management solutions using Zuora Rev Pro ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards;
  

• Design and develop custom workflows in Zuora to automate business processes streamline operations and improve efficiency;
  

• Ensure the security and integrity of Zuora s environment by implementing best practices and security measures;
  

• Configure and manage notifications within Zuora to keep stakeholders informed of key events and updates;
  

• Customize and design invoice templates in Zuora to align with branding guidelines and meet customer requirements;
  

• Provide expertise and guidance on billing processes and best practices leveraging domain knowledge to drive optimal solutions;
  

• Collaborate with the project team and provide regular updates on progress challenges and recommendations.
  

Must haves

• Strong experience with Zuora development including Product Catalog Revenue Management (Rev Pro)workflows Security Notifications and Invoice Templates;
  

• Indepth knowledge of billing processes and systems with a focus on Zuora s capabilities and best practices;
  

• Proven track record of successfully implementing Zuora solutions in a billing environment;
  

• Consulting background preferred with experience working as an independent contractor or consultant;
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels;
  

• Selfmotivated and able to work independently with a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering highquality results;
