Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Shift Leader
-Training and Team Development: Ensure all team members are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to perform their roles.
-Operational Integrity and Financial Accountability: Assure efficient, honest, and accountable execution of processes, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
-Guest Service Excellence: Achieve a defined guest satisfaction score and handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
-Food Safety Assurance: Ensure 100% compliance with food safety standards and protocols.
-Team Functionality and Service: Oversee seamless team member functionality concerning service, food preparation, and guest satisfaction.
-Upholding Core Values: Demonstrate and propagate the ARN Core Values in all interactions and decisions.

Qualifications
-Flexible availability, willing to work nights and weekends; a typical workweek being 50-55 hours.
-1+ years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit & loss accountability, schedule creation, and team development.
-A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
