Job description

We are looking for fun and energetic individuals to join our gameday Ticket staff! This position will work with the Ticket Operations Manager and Assistant assisting with processing ticket sales and providing excellent customer service.

Ticket Sellers are responsible for:

• Selling, upgrading and exchanging tickets
• Provide excellent customer service such as greeting, serving and thanking patrons
• Using Tickets.com software to process payments and ticket orders

Ticket Scanners are responsible for:

• Interacting and welcoming our fans at the front gates of AT&T Field sets the tone for a night of family-friendly fun by scanning their ticket into the game.
• Answering patron questions regarding tickets, directions, and locations

This is part-time seasonal position concluding at the end of the Lookouts baseball season in September.
