ASCP Medical Lab Technologist SupervisorSign-On Bonus Available (based on experience)*MLee Healthcare is looking for a qualified Medical Lab Technologist Supervisor to join an established hospital in Pennsylvania*Shift Details: Day Shift (M-F) / Every other Weekend or Holiday Job Summary for the Medical Lab Technologist / Technician: Perform various laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy. Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures. Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Must be able to write procedures and assist with quality control.
