Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to our Founder, providing crucial support to ensure her productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal team members, clients, and external business partners, ensuring clear and timely communication. Heavy emphasis on email organization and staying on top of all lines of communication
- Organization: Proactively keep track of deadlines, priorities, and action items to ensure smooth operations.
- Protect the Time & Schedule of the Founder. Ensure the schedule is manageable and productive. Eliminate unnecessary meetings, travel, etc. Potentially delegate tasks to the internal team if possible.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and provide solutions to enhance the executives' effectiveness.
- Personal & Business Errands/tasks as needed
- Travel Availability: Attends business meetings & events. Plans hotels, meals, packing, itinerary, conference room rentals, etc.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proactive in all communication & always "thinking ahead"
- A natural "planner" who pays attention to the details
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in office software and technology.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
