The Intern role is a short term temporary developmental opportunity for students currently enrolled in BA/BS degree programs to gain valuable work experience while learning about insurance industry employment opportunities. Interns deliver assistance and administrative support to the team to which they are assigned (typically in one or more areas of functional specialization including: claims, underwriting, loss control, actuarial or technology). Interns participate in personal and professional development through job shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities. Key functions may include but not be limited to:
