The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise. Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers.
As a Staff Engineer , you are to demonstrate deep knowledge around infrastructure security, experience in designing solutions, implementing business functionality and be able to lead an engineering team. You are expected to be hands-on, helping lead the technical direction for infrastructure security services while partnering with architecture and security consultants. Engineers at this level are expected to lead & deliver end-to-end assignments independently. Be the technical lead for the engineering team while overseeing testing and evaluation of new security applications, functions and processes for security risks and compatibility with existing standards and controls.
We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets. You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.
