Dogtopia, the industry leader of dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has openings in our Roanoke facility for an energetic, organized, business-minded individuals that will be the first point of contact for our furry friends as a Canine Coach. This person should love dogs - and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!
As the Playroom Attendant, you are responsible for working closely with our furry friends in creating a safe and fun environment while still setting the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains control of large groups of dogs
- Ensures all rooms are equipped with cameras for Pet Parents to stay engaged
- Cares for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
- Engages, Plays, and Enjoys the furry friends!

Job Function
- Interact and engage in a multitude of activities with a playroom of dogs, including group sit, follow the leader, and playroom agility
- Monitor safe play throughout the day with dogs of various sizes
- Maintain communication with shift leader during playtime
- Fast pace work environment, constantly moving
- Work with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Daily cleaning of the playroom and facility Job Requirements

- High level of attentiveness
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time on your feet
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and bend, and stoop repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop and lift repeatedly during shift
- Adhere to standards of cleaning through out the shift
