Job description
New Beginnings Llc in Cheyenne, WY is looking for direct care staff to join our 32 person strong team. We are hiring for 6 locations, Cheyenne, Casper Laramie, Rawlins, Rock Springs and Green River. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. We are hiring for Community Living and Community Support both full and part time Direct Support Professionals to help us keep growing. Responsibilities
Ensure the their clients receive their medicine
Take clients to their doctor appointments
Provide community support
Log all day-to-day activities
Provide safe residential support in their home
Assist participants with meal prep and cooking skills/safety
Help the client gain more independence
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver's license
CPR certified
Positive attitude and ability to talk to anyone
Ability to handle stressful situations well
Great communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
