Job description
Overview Coordinator of WMG Clinical Services, provides administrative support to the WMG Nursing Administration and Quality Department, including the WMG Value Committee. Responsibilities include clinical quality project coordination and overall programs organization. Programs include WMG patient experience, primary care teaming, and value metrics programs. This includes participation in applicable meetings, organizing meeting minutes, preparing agendas and PowerPoint presentations, and organizing playbooks for program processes. This involves communication, written and verbal, to all WMG practice managers and nursing supervisors.

Responsibilities Core Responsibilites and Essential Functions
- Clinical Quality Program Support
* Responsible for managing the details of clinical quality programs to include:
* Coordination of resources/stakeholders
* Development of playbooks
* Organizing quality data
* Preparing presentations
* Meeting minutes/agendas
* Managing communication of programs and feedback loop across all WMG sites - - Professional Responsibility
* Cultivates a relationship of mutual respect and trust with WMG Leadership, providers and staff.
* Oversees and supports the Patient Experience and Clinical Quality Projects Teams in their assignments, daily progress, and overall direction of the employees.
* Exhibits professionalism in dress, style and manner. - Clinical Operations Support
* Supports CNO and Clinical Services team through serving as a communication point & coordinator of overall programs
* Actively supports Director of Nursing and Quality Manager with coordination of program activities (ex. Safety First and MA Ladders) and communication to WMG sites
* Responsible for orienting new Office Managers and Nursing Supervisors as it relates to clinical quality programs and clinical services initiatives
* Serves as liaison with other areas such as marketing/communication and finance as it relates to resource needs for programs
* Serves as the gatekeeper for invoices and for purchase order follow-up and provides ordering assistance for clinical services department - Compliance and Risk Management
* Supports and applies a working knowledge of WellStar Health System?s Standard and Department Policies and Procedures. - Customer Service

Qualifications Required Minimum Education
- High school degree Required or
- equivalent Required and
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Required Minimum Experience
- Minimum 5 years administrative or office related experience, preferably in healthcare Required
Required Minimum Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge and command of WellStar processes and protocols relating to clinical services flow in the areas of patient experience, Value, and nursing administration.
- Ability to collect, analyze and apply data and other pertinent information to make progress of the goals of WellStar leadership.
- Ability to work independently and to motivate and develop staff that they help oversee through the patient experience and clinical quality teams
- Work closely with WMG leadership, physicians, other providers and WellStar Clinical Services Administration to meet timelines and goals.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
