About The Opportunity

Join Flight Centre as a Project Manager in our Data Analytics & Reporting department, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our corporate travel program management services.
As a Mid-Level Project Manager, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, driving success across a diverse range of data-driven projects. You'll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and developers to manage projects focused on Data Acquisition, Data Quality, Data Analytics, Data Science and Power BI. Reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project resources effectively, including team members, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and communicate challenges and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Work with data scientists and analysts to interpret findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for our clients.
- Design and develop comprehensive Power BI reports, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and user-friendliness.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for tracking progress and ensuring transparency.
- Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes within the department.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the data analytics or IT domains.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality management, and basic data analysis principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $110,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
