Job description
We are a dentist recruiting company helping a very reputable private office that is seeking a pediatric dentist. This is a privately owned multi specialty group with built in referrals and great collaboration from their other dentists and specialists. The office has been well established for many years now. They have a busy patient base already established for the new provider, as well as many new patients each month.
A full time pediatric dentist could expect to earn between 300K and 350K or more per year. This includes a very competitive daily guarantee, % of everything, benefits, CE stipend and more. They would also consider a general dentist that has experience treating kids.
This is a successful office that has built a stellar reputation for providing excellent patient care. The office is a beautiful one with all of the latest in equipment. They also have an amazing staff that is well trained and very tenured.
The more complex procedures can be seeing at the hospital or in office with an anesthesiologist, depending on preference. This is a fee for service & PPO office. Excellent collaboration with the other dentists.

Job Responsibilities:
Assess dental needs of patients and determine appropriate, accurate treatment plans
Communicate to patients/parents to help alleviate any concerns or questions they may have
Communicate and coordinate with team members and management staff on how to best achieve practice goals.
Job Requirements:
Dental degree from an accredited university, DDS/DMD
State Dental Board License
DEA, CPR certificates
