Job description
Maid Right of Boca Raton, FL is the premier home cleaning service in the Boca Raton, FL area. In addition to one time and recurring cleanings, we also offer apartment cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, vacation rental cleaning and more.
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing director to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing sales & marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, and calling and scheduling potential customers, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
As the Sales & Marketing Director you will be responsible to drive revenue through: - Calling leads
- Scheduling leads
- Local marketing efforts through BNI partnerships, Parkland Chamber of Commerce partnerships, etc
- Customer retention, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintain client relations
- Conducting new customer walkthroughs/estimates
- Growing our social media and online presence
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
- Answering client queries about services offered
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports
Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements: - Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
- High-level communication and networking skills
- A passion for sales
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
- Good project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred)
Pay - Commission based pay (10% commission on all sales)
